We consider the deal to be essential in further expansion of broadcasting into new market niches and prospering of the company’s sales and marketing teams, product development.

According to the recent report conducted by Accenture, broadcasting industry is going to thrive through next years. Greatest growth rates from digital sub-segments (digital advertising and OTT streaming) are still predicted. The ability to understand the activity of the digital audience has proved challenging but new technology could make this a problem of the past.
